345.04 OBSTRUCTIONS OR DELAYS.

No person, without privilege to do so and with the purpose of preventing or delaying the performance of a police officer from inspecting any place described in Section 345.01, shall do any action which hampers or impedes a police officer from making an inspection pursuant to this chapter.
