188.07  INTERPRETATION; CONFLICTS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be construed liberally for the accomplishment of the purposes thereof.  Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to conflict with any general law of the State or of the United States and particularly with the statutes providing for the administration and enforcement of civil rights.
