There is hereby established a Backflow Control Board, which shall consist of the Fire Marshal, the Superintendent of Utilities, the Backflow Supervisor, the Safety-Service Director, the Building Inspector, a representative from the Health Department and the City Solicitor or his or her designee.  Any person in any of such positions in an acting capacity shall serve as a Backflow Control Board member.
