(a) The duties of the Bicycle Advisory Committee shall be to act as an advisory committee to the City's administration and Council, and will work with various public and private groups and individuals whose interests pertain to bicycling.
(b) The Committee will also:
(1) Promote community events;
(2) Coordinate a regional bicycle initiative;
(3) Act as a liaison to neighboring communities' bicycle committees; and
(4) Serve as a clearing house of various types of bicycle information for the community.
