143.05 ESTIMATE OF CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR COSTS.

The City Engineer is hereby authorized to prepare the cost estimates for improvements required by Ohio R.C. 153.12 and 723.52. The estimates so prepared shall be filed by the City Engineer with the Director of Safety-Service and the City Auditor before the time of bid opening. The City Engineer's estimates shall be regarded as confidential and not made public until all bids have been opened.
