135.24 HOUSING OF PRISONERS FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS IN THE CITY JAIL.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contracts with multiple jurisdictions for the housing of prisoners at the City Jail at a per-day rate as established from time to time by Council. Such contracts shall be in form and substance as approved by the City Law Director.
