135.16 FALSE ARREST INSURANCE.
   (a)   There is hereby established a False Arrest Insurance Program covering Dog Wardens, the Assistant Safety-Service Director and Police Dispatchers.
   (b)   The cost of the premiums for false arrest insurance shall be paid wholly by the City.
