135.03 EXECUTIVE HEAD OF DIVISION; POWERS AND DUTIES.

Under the direction of the Mayor, the Director of Safety-Service shall be the executive head of the Police Division as constituted herein. The Director shall classify the service in such Division, as required by law, and shall make all necessary and proper rules for the regulation and discipline of the officers and members of the Division.
