The Seventh Ward shall contain all the territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of a point on the northerly corporation line of the City and the centerline of Abbe Road (N) [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southerly direction along the centerline of Abbe Road (N) to the centerline of State Route 57 [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southwesterly direction along the centerline of State Route 57 to the centerline of Gulf Road [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in a southerly direction along the centerline of Gulf Road to the centerline of East Bridge Street [Border with 4th Ward]; thence in southwesterly direction along the centerline of East Bridge Street to the centerline of the Conrail Corporation Railroad [Border with 1st and 4th Ward]; thence in a northeasterly direction along the Conrail Corporation Railroad to the easterly corporation line of the City [Border with 1st Ward]; thence in a northerly direction along the easterly corporation line of the City to the northerly corporation line of the City; thence in a westerly direction along the northerly corporation line of the City to the centerline of Abbe Road (N) being the true place of beginning.
