SECTION 21.10 VACANCY IN BOARD OR COMMISSION.

A vacancy occurring during the term of any member of the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Park and Recreation Board, or Civil Service Commission shall be filled for the unexpired term in the manner authorized for an original appointment.
