SECTION 18.04 CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS.

All regular, primary and special municipal elections shall be conducted by the Board of Elections of the county in which the City is located under the provisions of this Charter, so far as they are applicable. Where the Charter is silent, the provisions of the Ohio Election Laws shall be followed.
