SECTION 6.05   FINANCIAL REPORTS.
   The City Finance Director shall prepare annual financial and other reports required by law and shall make periodic reports concerning appropriations, encumbrances and expenditures of the departments, divisions, boards and commissions as may be required by the Council. He shall submit to the Council and the Mayor, and make available to the public, a complete report on the finances of the City as of the end of each fiscal year. He shall furnish any information within his custody concerning the fiscal and financial affairs of the City to any member of Council, the Mayor, Administrative Finance Counsel, or any other department head or member of any board or commission of the City upon request. He shall cooperate with the Administrative Finance Counsel in the functioning of the Administrative Finance Counsel.
