SECTION 4.03 STYLE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.

Each ordinance shall contain an enacting clause as follows: "Be It Ordained By The Council of The City of Elyria, State of Ohio", and each resolution shall contain an enacting clause as follows: "Be It Resolved By The Council of The City of Elyria, State of Ohio".
