A. For a first offense of either section 1-10-1 or 1-10-2 of this chapter within a three (3) year period, the person so violating shall be fined in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. For a second offense of either section 1-10-1 or 1-10-2 of this chapter within a three (3) year period, the person so violating shall be fined in an amount not to exceed seventy five dollars ($75.00).
C. For a third or subsequent offense of either section 1-10-1 or 1-10-2 of this chapter within a three (3) year period, the person so violating shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 617, 3-22-2007)
