1-10-2: RECORDING CONVERSATIONS:

It shall be prohibited for any person to record any conversations of employees, officers or citizens of the city of Ely within city hall unless permission from that person is obtained and said permission is stated and/or recognized on the recording by the person(s) being recorded.
