§ 154.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICT.
   (A)   The City Council finds that public health, convenience, and necessity of the city and its inhabitants require the services of the proposed district.
   (B)   The City Council acknowledges that the proposed name of this special service district shall be the “Central Box Elder Fire Special Service District.”
