§ 151.20 DESIGNATION OF FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Mayor is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of C.F.R. Title 44 (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 4001 through 4138) pertaining to floodplain management.
