§ 111.01 LICENSING OF BUSINESS SERVING OR SELLING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)   This section applies to all businesses subject to state regulation pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, UCA Title 32B.
   (B)   No business regulated under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall receive a license from the city unless it is in full compliance with the regulations of UCA Title 32B.
   (C)   All portions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act relevant to the city are hereby incorporated into this section as part of the city’s code.
   (D)   Any business violating the provisions of UCA Title 32B shall be subject to having its license revoked.
