§ 110.27 INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   The City Recorder shall examine or cause to be examined each application filed under this subchapter for a permit and shall make or cause to be made such further investigations of the applicant as is deemed necessary.
   (B)   The permit will be issued when the City Recorder determines the following:
      (1)   All the statements made in the application are true;
      (2)   The applicant has not engaged in any fraudulent transactions or enterprise;
      (3)   Nothing in this proposal will violate any provision of the city’s zoning code; and
      (4)   The application has been approved by the City Council.
