(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Where written notification of a deficiency under §§ 51.02 through 51.12 is provided by the city, in the event of a failure by the customer to take the required corrective action within ten days after the date of mailing such notice, the city shall immediately discontinue service in accordance herewith. Water service will not be restored until all such conditions or defects are corrected.
