APPENDIX A: CERTIFICATE OF PLATS
   (A)   When the corporate authorities for the village shall, upon motion and majority vote, approve the final plat, the Village President and Clerk shall be authorized to sign the original tracing.
   (B)   The certificates on the final plat shall be in the following form, with the signatures of the Chairperson of the Will County Board, the Township Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer, the Chairperson of the County Planning and Zoning Committee and the County Clerk to be necessary only where the plat covers land in the unincorporated areas.
   (C)   The following certificates shall appear on all final plats:
