The design of improvements shall comply with the laws, ordinances, rules and regulations set forth in this section including but not limited to the following:
(A) The provisions of Illinois Municipal Code (ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, as amended from time to time);
(B) The Village Comprehensive Plan and land use map;
(C) The village ordinances:
(1) Zoning Ordinance;
(2) Subdivision and Development Regulations Ordinance;
(3) Storm water Drainage and Detention Ordinance;
(4) Floodplain Protection Ordinance;
(5) Stream and Wetland Protection Ordinance; and
(6) Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Ordinance.
(D) The village engineering technical specifications as amended from time to time; and
(E) All state and county applicable rules and regulations.
