§ 161.055 RECORD DRAWINGS.
   (A)   During construction, an accurate record of all construction work performed shall be kept by the applicant’s contractors. Upon completion and prior to acceptance by the village of the completed public improvements, the applicant shall prepare and submit to the village “record drawings” showing complete “as constructed” information for all improvements as provided for in § l of the Engineering Technical Standards.
   (B)   The record drawings shall be prepared and sealed by a registered professional engineer and shall contain thereon a certification that all improvements have been constructed in accordance with the approved final engineering plans or with approved changes thereon.
   (C)   The record drawings furnished to the village by the applicant shall be drawn in state plan coordinates system NAD83 and shall consist of one set of reproducible Mylar drawings, two sets of prints or copies, and an electronic version as approved by the village. Record drawings shall be received prior to the issuance of any building permits or release of the construction guarantee.
