§ 161.053 TRANSMITTAL OF NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE.
   (A)   Once all items of the final punch list have been corrected to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer a letter recommending approval shall be submitted by the Village Engineer to the Village Board for its consideration.
   (B)   Upon appropriate Village Board action, the Village Administrator shall transmit a notice of acceptance of the public improvements to the applicant.
