(A) The Village Engineer shall inspect public improvements during the course of construction. All professional staff fees and costs connected with the inspection and acceptance of the improvements shall be paid by the applicant in accordance with the Professional Fee Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
(B) The Village Supervisor of Public Works, Village Engineer and applicant shall make a final inspection of the completed work. The final inspection shall not be scheduled until the contractor certifies that all punch list items have been completed.
