(A) The applicant shall notify the Supervisor of Public Works and the Village Engineer at least 48 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before construction is to begin.
(B) This provision shall apply also to the resumption of construction after a break of three or more working days and to the temporary suspending of construction; except for holidays.
(C) Significant changes in the construction schedule shall be reported to the Supervisor of Public Works and Village Engineer.
