After a general contractor has been engaged, but before construction shall begin, the applicant shall convene a pre-construction meeting. Representatives of the general contractor and the village must attend. Representatives of other public or quasi-public agencies shall be invited by the Village Engineer and may attend at their option. The objective of the meeting is to review the scope of the project, establish review/inspection points, coordinate schedules and identify “key” concerns.
