(A) The applicant shall be represented by its design engineer to interpret the plans and specifications, make design changes and prepare record drawings.
(B) The Village Engineer shall perform the duties of resident project engineer and make periodic inspections of the construction and testing of the public improvements, including final inspection, review and recommend action relative to the guarantee of the public improvements, and advise the village of potential problems. Upon completion of the public improvements and receipt of the record drawings, the Village Engineer shall update the village atlas maps. The applicant shall reimburse the village for all services and costs of the Village Engineer.
