Any person, firm or entity engaged in any of the following activities within the village or its extraterritorial jurisdiction shall be subject to the application of this Subdivision and Development Regulation Ordinance unless otherwise exempted by the Board of Trustees of the village:
(A) The subdivision or resubdivision of land or establishment of a planned unit development;
(B) The development of property pursuant to an annexation procedure; or
(C) Any project otherwise designated by the corporate authorities of the village.
