§ 160.11 MISCELLANEOUS FEES.
   (A)   A permit or license shall be required in the circumstances of repair, replacement, alteration or addition of an existing primary structure or any part thereof or any repair, replacement, alteration or addition to the property where a primary structure exists. A fee shall be charged by the village for each such permit and license in the amount set forth below in this section. These fees are not required when the addition is an element of a new construction design or contract.

   (B)   Upon request of the Building Enforcement Officer, said applicant shall furnish an affidavit as to the approximate cost of such construction. Said affidavit may be requested by the Building Enforcement Officer for up to one year after the completion of construction. If it is later determined that the original builder's or owner's estimate shall be found to be low, then an additional penalty fee of twice the normal amount shall be assessed. In the event said applicant refuses to make or pay such readjustment fees for the underestimate, future permits may be denied by the Building Enforcement Officer.
