§ 155.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The Village Clerk may determine upon due investigation that a violation of minimum standards of this chapter exists and after the owner fails after ten days notice to correct his or her property, the village may make application to the Circuit Court for an injunction requiring conformance with this chapter or make such other order as the court sees necessary to secure compliance with the ordinance.
   (B)   Any person who violates this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Failure to comply with the requirements of a permit or conditions of a variance resolution shall be deemed to be a violation of this chapter. Nothing herein shall prevent the village from taking such other lawful action to prevent or remedy any violations. All costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible.
