§ 130.99 ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY SCHEDULE.
   (A)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $100 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the motor vehicle was used in connection with a violation of the Illinois Cannabis Control Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, §§ 1 et seq.) with possession of one to 29 grams of cannabis.
   (B)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $500 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the motor vehicle was used in connection with a violation of the Illinois Cannabis Contract Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, §§ 1 et seq.) with possession of more than 29 grams of cannabis.
   (C)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $500 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the motor vehicle was used in connection with a violation of the Illinois Controlled Substances Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, §§ 1 et seq.).
   (D)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $250 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the motor vehicle was used in connection with a violation of §§ 11-14, 11-15,11-15.1, 11-16, 11-18, 11-18.1, 11-19 or 11-19.1 of the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961 (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 11-14, 11-15, 1 - 15. 1, 11-16, 11-18, 11-18.1, 11-19, 1149.1) (Prostitution).
   (E)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $175 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the motor vehicle was used in connection with a violation of Article 24 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 24 et seq.) (Deadly Weapons).
   (F)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $100 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the operator of the motor vehicle was driving with a suspended license in violation of § 6-303 of the Illinois Vehicle Code or the Village Vehicle Code.
   (G)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $200 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance that the operator of the motor vehicle was driving with a revoked license in violation of § 6-303 of the Illinois Vehicle Code or the Village Vehicle Code.
   (H)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $500 shall be imposed if the Hearing Officers determine by a preponderance of the evidence that the operator of the motor vehicle was driving while under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substance in violation of § 11-501 of the Illinois Vehicle Code or the Village Vehicle Code.
   (I)   An administrative penalty not to exceed $100 shall be imposed if the operator of the motor vehicle was arrested at the time of the seizure for an outstanding warrant for any illegal activity cited in § 130.02(A) above.
