Each organization which is granted permission to solicit shall, within 60 days from and after the date of solicitation, file with the Village Clerk a statement showing all receipts of solicitations. The statement shall be sworn to as to accuracy before a duly authorized notary public. Each organization shall present with the statement proof of publication of intent to solicit as required by § 113.17.
