§ 113.17 PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIRED.
   An organization authorized to solicit under a permit issued by the Village Clerk shall cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the village a notice to the public stating the intention to solicit and the authorized date of solicitation. Failure to give the required published notice shall be grounds for permit revocation.
