§ 111.35 RETROACTIVE EFFECT.
   (A)   Any adult use lawfully doing business at the time this chapter takes effect shall have one year from the effective date hereof to comply with the provisions of § 111.33(A) through (I).
   (B)   Any adult use lawfully doing business at the time this chapter takes effect shall have 30 days from the effective date hereof to apply for the issuance of an adult use license.
