§ 111.33 LIMITATIONS ON LOCATIONS OF ADULT USES.
   Adult uses are permitted in the I-3 Heavy Industrial Zoning Districts and I-4 Large Scale Industrial Planned Development Zoning Districts, provided that no person shall operate or cause to be operated an adult use within 1,000 feet of the property boundary of a pre-existing:
   (A)   Public or private elementary or secondary school;
   (B)   Licensed day care center;
   (C)   Cemetery;
   (D)   Public park;
   (E)   Public housing;
   (F)   Municipal and other public buildings;
   (G)   Place of religious worship;
   (H)   Residential Zoning District; or
   (I)   Adult use.
