§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. A person who is convicted shall be punished by a fine for each offense, and every day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The fine shall not be less than $150 nor more than $850 and shall be in addition to any costs levied by a court of law.
