§ 111.30 ADVERTISING REGULATIONS.
   (A)   A person commits a violation of this section if he or she operates or causes to be operated an adult use and advertises the presentation of an activity prohibited by this chapter or any other local ordinance.
   (B)   A person who operates an adult use may advertise the existence and/or location of an adult use. However, a person who operates an adult use may not display advertising outside the building structure which displays nudity, specified anatomical areas or specified sexual activities as defined in this chapter.
   (C)   No adult use shall be conducted in any manner that permits the observation of any material depicting, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas by display, decoration, sign, show window or other opening from any public way or from any property not licensed as an adult use.
