(A) Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, an adult use shall not feature a person who knowingly or intentionally, in an establishment for adult use:
(1) Engages in sexual intercourse;
(2) Engages in deviate sexual conduct;
(3) Appears in a state of nudity; or
(4) Fondles the genitals of himself or herself or another person.
(B) No liquor license shall be issued and no liquor shall be sold or consumed on the premises of any adult use.
