(A) In addition to the suspension or revocation provisions of § 110.17 above, any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $750. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Whenever a person, firm or corporation violates any of the provisions of this chapter, the village may cause appropriate legal actions and proceedings, in law or in equity, to be instituted and maintained to enforce compliance herewith.
