§ 110.13 LICENSE TO BE POSTED ON PREMISES OR VEHICLE; DESTRUCTION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Every person, sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation conducting a licensed business within the village shall post the license in a prominent place on the premises used for the business at all times.
   (B)   Whenever a license fee is based upon the number of vehicles used, the Village Clerk shall furnish each licensee with a tag or sticker for each vehicle. Every person, sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation conducting a licensed business within the village shall post the vehicle tag or sticker in a conspicuous place on each vehicle while it is in use.
   (C)   No person shall destroy, obliterate, take remove or carry away without the consent of the owner any license, certificate, plate or sticker issued by the village pursuant to this chapter except when the license, certificate, plate or sticker has been discontinued or the licensed premises are abandoned. Nothing herein shall prevent the village or its duly authorized representative(s) from removing any license, certificate, plate or sticker from the possession of a former licensee, his or her premises, any vehicle or machine when the license has been revoked under this chapter.
