§ 110.07 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDINANCES BEFORE ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; LOCATION; CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, and no permit shall be issued for any thing or act, if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with all applicable ordinances of the village, including, but not limited to, any violation of the Official Zoning Ordinance as currently enacted and as amended from time to time.
   (B)   No license for the operation of a business in the village shall be construed to permit the operation of a licensed business in more than one location in the village; a separate license shall be required for each location of a licensed establishment. For the purposes of this chapter, the existence of a single location shall be evidenced by the fact that all buildings containing the principal or accessory uses shall be connected or shall be located on the same lot or parcel, shall be operated and managed by the same person or owner, and shall be an establishment with the same classification.
   (C)   Unless otherwise provided, the location of any licensed business or occupation or for any permitted act may be changed provided that the licensee gives the Village Clerk advance written notice at least ten business days prior to the change and further that the change of location complies with all applicable building and zoning requirements of the village.
