For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BUSINESS. A vocation, occupation, profession, enterprise, establishment, concern or other type of activity, together with all devices, machines, equipment, vehicles and appurtenances used therein.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, association, partnership, corporation, trust or any other legal entity, except for such person(s) as may be organized as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation or governmental bodies properly organized under the laws of the state.
