§ 110.02 APPLICABILITY.
   This chapter shall apply to the issuance of all licenses and permits required by the ordinances, rules and regulations of the village, except to the extent that this chapter conflicts with more specific terms of a separate ordinance, in which case the more specific terms of the separate ordinance shall control.
