Structures of any type other than mailboxes installed in compliance with the provisions contained in § 92.50, including those comprising more substantial posts, including but not limited to masonry, steel beams or poured concrete, pose a danger to snow removal equipment and other vehicles and, therefore, are prohibited and shall not be erected or installed within the public rights-of-way, without the written approval of the Corporate Authorities.
