§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   Every person who is convicted of a violation of the provisions of §§ 75.01 et seq. shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day such violation is committed, or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
