§ 75.01 DEFINITIONS.
   The following definitions shall apply in tho interpretation and enforcement of this chapter:
   CHIEF OF POLICE. The Chief of Police of the Village of Elwood or his authorized representative.
   PROPERTY. Any real property within tho village or any village property within or without the corporate limits which is not a street or highway.
