§ 75.30 STORAGE OF VEHICLES ON PROPERTY.
   No motor vehicle which is currently unregistered and unlicensed shall be kept on any property located within the Village of Elwood. A vehicle which is unregistered and unlicensed shall be presumed to be inoperable for purposes of §§ 75.21 and 75.22. A vehicle is unlicensed when it does not have a current Village of Elwood vehicle license displayed on the windshield in accordance with applicable law.
