§ 35.07 BONDED OFFICIALS.
   The following positions in the village shall be bonded, in an amount determined appropriate by the President and Village Board in consultation with its insurance agents:
   (A)   Village President;
   (B)   Village Clerk;
   (C)   Treasurer;
   (D)   Police Department administrative assistant;
   (E)   Receptionist;
   (F)   Cashier.
