(A) Incorporation. The preambles to the ordinance codified herein be, and the same hereby are incorporated by this reference as if set out in full at this place.
(B) Commencement of new terms. Beginning with the forthcoming municipal elections in April 2005, the terms of all newly elected village officers shall commence at the first regular or special meeting, whichever may be first, of the Village Board of Trustees in the month of May following the election of officers.
(C) Oath of office. Before entering upon the duties of their respective offices, all municipal officers shall take and subscribe the oath or affirmation required by the Constitution of the state.
